1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • To be eligible for a refund, customers must contact us within 30 days of receiving their boat.

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received, including all original packaging and accessories.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Boats that have been modified or customized by the customer.

  • Any products that are damaged due to misuse or lack of proper care.

  • Sale items or special promotions indicated at the time of purchase as non-refundable.

3. Return Process

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at Fusiontenders2025@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your refund request.

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your product.

  3. Ship the Item: Pack the boat securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Damaged Items

​

Fusion Tenders does not take any responsibility for products that have been damaged through transit. It is the buyer's responsibility to organise transport insurance.

6. Exchanges

​

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different model or size, please return your original boat for a refund and place a new order.
